Each bite transported me back to my childhood, recalling moments spent savoring homemade bread at family gatherings. Following that, I was treated to a subtly flavored lamb terrine accompanied by fresh greens-a light yet satisfying dish that showcased the chef's commitment to seasonal produce. The highlight of my dinner was undeniably the exquisitely tender saddle of hare, harmoniously paired with a rich Burgundy sauce. This dish was not just a meal but rather an experience that spoke to the artistry found in European cuisine. With a serene garden and a cozy terrace, Landhaus Arnoth was the perfect backdrop for this gourmet getaway. The varied breakfast buffet each morning also set the stage for yet another good day.
